With the rapid development of modern precision machine tools, high-speedprecision spindle is also developing rapidly. But there is still no comprehensiveinternational test spindle performance unified standard, therefore, in order to ensureproduction quality spindle and technological development, performance testing forelectric spindle means are also very important. Various manufacturers have been inthe pursuit of high quality spindle products, reasonable performance testing toolspindle products can reduce the failure rate. Therefore, this article proposes to solvethis problem spindle performance testing as a means.Guangzhou Hao Zhi Mechanical and Electrical Co., Ltd. Withfor its spindleproduct testing methods and evaluation needs. This paper identified separatelyspindle temperature measurement module, vibration measurement module, precisionmeasurement module and noise measurement modules and other aspects ofmeasurement program, a module for each parameter experimental design andconduct field testing.This article detection software part using LabVIEW2012as a developmentplatform, developed its own spindle test software includes data acquisition module,data processing module and results display module. There are various types ofhardware sensors, data acquisition cards, computers and other components of a setof virtual instrument test systems.Spindle at high speeds to simulate actual working conditions loading problems,we use a dynamically loaded into static loading mode: In the standard test rodinterference fit two angular contact ball bearings, the way through the outer ringload dynamic loading. This method is feasible, subject to interference.Finally, this paper developed a series of test programs and hardware for modelDGZ-60E electric field measurements spindle, spindle by measuring the results ofthe performance evaluation, and validation spindle performance test systemaccuracy.
