On the basis of previous research,using the method of spline function interpolation fit theboundary coordinates of two-dimensional irregular particles,and establish the irregulargranular form database on the base of spline function interpolation method,then use PFC2D(Particle Flow Code in two dimensional)to write the virtual test pieces.To investigate thedifferences of modified Fast Fourier Transformation method (FFT) and spline functioninterpolation method,compares and analyzes the outline of irregular particles,the number ofnodes and the number of subdivision unit,and the computing time of simulation model.According to the three kinds of gradation distribution,under the condition of the same porosity,building square and round specimen respectively,we carry out the biaxial penetration test andsplit test,studing grading distribution and modulus ratio changes have some influences of themechanical properties of geotechnical materials,the numerical simulation test calculateanalysised the feasibility of automatic generation of geotechnical material virtual specimen.Through the concrete material microstructure studies the influence of the mechanical processof rupture failure,useing the simple ideal ball model for numerical simulation,in the presenceof a certain porosity,from the micro-level analysis,size-type porous cement concrete areanalyzed internal structure characteristics and failure mechanism.The main conclusions include:(1)Based on spline function method can effectively reduce the number of nodes and unitin a virtual mechanics simulation model of geotechnical materials, the subdivision grid aregood quality,then these improve the computational efficiency.(2)The numerical simulation test calculate verifies the feasibility of automatic generationof geotechnical material virtual specimen.Compared with the traditional CT scans ofDIP-FEM method,this method does not need specimen scanning,avoids the tedious image processing work,laies the foundation of large quantities of geotechnical material2d virtualsimulation research.(3)Size-type porous cement concrete internal structure is increased by surface contactcement bond.so that force is concentrated on the feeding set,this makes size-type porouscement concrete as a new kind of high strength and porosity of rock and soil materials.
