In the past century, the refrigeration and air conditioning industry has achievedrapid development; it is not only to improve people’s daily lives and the living andworking environment, but also to ensure the smooth progress of the industrialproduction. It is the impetus for the development and progress of socity, but alsobrought many problems and challenges to the energy and environmental. Such as theenergy cresis intensified, accelerated destruction of atmospheric ozone and globalwarming as well as lead to the deterioration of indoor air quality, caused the harm topeople’s health, and so on. China’s《Twelfth Five planning proposals for Householdelectrical appliance industry》 estimated that during the12thFive-Year, thereplacement of the household electric appliance will become urban mainstreamdemand. About120million units of air conditioners are expected to exceed theservice life;23million units of air conditioner will be updated average annual year.This reinforces that the research, development and the application ofenvironmentally friendly, energy-saving refrigeraton and air conditioningis very important. It has become the main direction of the future development ofrefrigeration and air conditioning.The Liquid desiccant air conditioning with the advantages of using lowgrade heat source, safe, reliable, environmental protection and energy-saving hasbecome a hot topic for many domestic and foreign scholars. We have done morein-depth studies of liquid desiccant air conditionging. And now have reached a moremature stage in both theoretical and experimental research. Therefor, based on thepre-built experimental device, research applicable to the actual promotion type of theliquid desiccant air conditioning system. According to the results, we design andpreparation a set of the Small&Movable Liquid Desiccant Air-conditioning System,and then,the basic performance of the new system is studied experimentally.According to the existing research results and theoretical simulationresults, wedesigned and constructed the Small&Movable Liquid Desiccant Air-conditioningSystem.In the Shanghai summer standand environment (dry bulb temperature is34℃, wet bulb temperature is28.2℃), the device using the65℃hot water as thedriving heat source, the cooling capacity is6~7KW,the supply air temperature is about22℃, the Coefficient of Performance (COP) can reach0.33andthe Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) can be up to5.38.
