Compared to traditional air dehumidification,the liquid desiccant dehumidification system(LDAS)has advantages in controlling the air humidity precisely and using the low grade energy effectively.In order to have a deeper research on the LDAS,this paper builds an experimental platform to do experiments.Firstly,several common dehumidification methods are introduced.The theoretical basis of the design of the experimental platform and the system is provided by introducing the LDAS and dehumidifier and liquid desiccant.Then experimental bench is introduced,including the construction of the experimental bench,the schematic diagram of several conditions,as well as the primary facilities,control system,measurement equipment and data gathering.Finally,the experiment is designed in the counter flow of the air and the liquid based on the designed experimental platform.With different design of filler in the system,the experiment is divided into four groups.After the specification and the arrangement of the filler is determined,the experiments are conducted following the designed process scheme and results are analyzed.In the case of similar conditions,the dehumidification performance of the LDAS gets enhancement with the dehumidification solution temperature decreasing;when the dehumidification solution temperature goes up,the regeneration performance increases.
