As the times progress, increased of car ownership. The requirement of roadtransportation capacity are also constantly improved by people. In the cold winter, due tofactors such as road table of snow and ice, make motor vehicle traffic accident probability ofup to2times in the snow and ice on the road than normal weather condition, according toincomplete statistics, about15%~30%of the traffic accidents in winter are related to roadtable of snow. Therefore, a salt storage aggregate asphalt mixture pavement design isproposed and verified in this paper.Carbonation and hydration are two kinds of phase change process in the magnesitecement. Products with suitable ratio of long-term exposure to air environment, along with thecontinuous of phase transition process, there will be the formation of MgCl2and precipitation,precipitated when ionization in water environment. For the using of MgCl2with a smallamount of proportion, will be formed Mg(OH)2precipitation on the surface, commonlyknown as "return frost" phenomenon; for the using of MgCl2with a higher amount than theratio, excess MgCl2will absorb the moisture in the air, thereby forming water droplets on thesurface, commonly known as "halogen" phenomenon. MgCl2and Mg(OH)2precipitation indifferent cases will form a dilute solution in the water environment, and follow the colligativeproperty theorem, which can be used in the ice and snow melting.This paper uses magnesite cement as the carrier, in which mixed with chlorine salt andorganic salt and in accordance with the different molding process for magnesite productforming, maintenance the molding magnesite product then breaking, according to theaggregate using in the road performance experiment the salt storage aggregate.The addingamount of less than20%chlorine salt static pressure product can satisfy the using as saltstorage aggregate in the road performance.Get the best asphalt aggregate ratio in this experiment of AC-13C mixture is4.8%byusing the compaction method, in view of the results of previous studies, salt mixed in willvery little impact on the asphalt aggregate ratio, the impact of this is around at0.1%, thisexperiment adopts4.8%asphalt aggregate ratio as the best ratio using in the salt storage aggregate asphalt mixture, and doing subsequent experiments.Through the experiment of electrical conductivity and the salt precipitation test, point outthat the salt storage aggregate asphalt mixture can melting ice and snow in theory, which havebeen proved in laboratory experiment. Experiments in environmental box show that meltingice performance appears to be not obvious, but the actual road melting ice performance shouldconsidering the effect of traffic load conditions. limited to the technical conditions, lookingforward to subsequent scholars to validation it completely.
