The repair forcement concrete pavement cracks has been given great attention bydomestic and foreign research institutions and the maintenance department.This repairmaterials is based on normal portland cement which has a high early strength,optimize thecontent of admixtures,such as fly ash,mineral powder,slaked lime powder and quartzpowder,use low water-binder ratio,through methods such as experimental research,theoreticalanalysis,numerical fitting model and analysis of variance,in combine with the XRD and SEMtest,research and development a cement concrete pavement cracks repair materials with highstrength,high flow ability,better frost-resistance and slight expansion.Main work andconclusions includes:(1) Selected a water-binder ratio,combined with the effects of admixtures and additiveson repair materials strength, fluidity and shrinkage performance,select the appropriate amountof fly ash,mineral powder,slaked lime powder,quartz powder,water reducing agent andexpansion agent.The results show that, the strength and fluidity of repair materials achieve toa maximum value which meet the construction requirementswhen the admixture of fly ash,mineral powder, slaked lime powder,the ratio of quartz powder to cement is20%,10%,6%,0.1,water reducing agent and expansion agent dosage is1%,8%.(2)According to the content of the selected additives and admixture,research the frostresistance of repair materials.On the basis of the mass and the relative dynamic elasticmodulus attenuation,use three different data of fitting models to fit the test data.The resultsshow that the model based on the relative dynamic elastic modulus has a better accuracy thanthe model on mass loss,exponential function model has a better accuracy than the linearfunction model.And forecast that this repair materials can withstand freeze-thaw cycles for379times and be used for34.33years.(3)According to the content of the selected additives and admixture,one dimensionanalysis of variance is used to analysize different treatment to adhesive surface roughness ofrepair materials has a significantly different or not to flexural strength.The results show thatdifferent treatment to the old and the new repair materials adhesive surface roughness hayesignificantly different influence on the mechanical properties before the bond test.
