| With the development of road transportationsome of the old cement pavement emerge fracture damage, one of the maintenance technique of the old cement road is to overlay the asphalt surface on old cement pavement, form a composite of" white and black pavement". This kind of road has a certain structure of practice, but lack the mechanical analysis. Based on the three-dimensional finite element, this paper introduce the mechanical analysis of white and black pavement".The mechanical analysis of this paper implement the idea of crack and bond issues, Reflection Crack is one of the most difficult problems to solve in white and black pavement. In order to study how to control reflection cracks in theory, the stress state in the seam zone overlay and the deflection difference in the seams old cement pavement. This paper conduct a detailed analysis on the stress state of the asphalt overlay at the worst load position, also this paper analysis the deflection difference in the seams old cement pavement in the overlay structure, this study is helpful to the control of the reflective crack. The second problem of the white and black pavement is bond issues, according to the slip phenomenon between the old cement pavement and asphalt overlay layer, this paper analysis the contact states between layers, the location of the largest inter laminar shear stress and the maximum shear stress, summarized some measures which can reduce the inter laminar shear stresses effectively.In order to solve the chain damage of the old cement pavement, this paper analysis the old and new cement slab variability characteristics in three aspects: load differences, Stress differences and deflection differences, and using the coefficient of variation and deflection differences to evaluate the new and old cement cubicle adaptive hierarchy. Based on the pavement evaluation and mechanical analysis, this paper calculate the overlay thickness on the basis of using bending stress as a control indicators and quoting the foreign experience design method. Ultimately introduce the structure design of the white and black pavement in the real project. |
