Design of urban drainage systems related to the national economy. However, the study ofurban storm conditions and basic work research the law of urban drainage systems.Meanwhile determine the storm intensity formula is an important basis for urban drainagesystems. The accuracy of determine the storm intensity formula affects the security andreasonableness of engineering municipal sewer facilities.In the process of urbanization, rainfall and regularity of the city have undergone greatchanges. The rain intensity formula of cities is no longer suitable for the development of thecity. And some small cities did not storm intensity to fit their own development. More citiesare not suitable for rain intensity formula of big cities.In this thesis is basised the rainstorm initial data of Yuncheng of Shandong province. Initialdata from the record rainfall in accordance with local. The first, by contrast of two samplingmethods which includes maximum method and annual diverse value method. Threefrequencies distribution mode includes Pearson-Ⅲ Distribution、Exponential distribution andGumball distribution have been used to fit the selected sample data. Then, the mode andparameters of storm intensity formula have to be determined. Finally, the Calculation softwareof application Optimization regression that applicable to the storm intensity formula ofYuncheng have to be defined.The analysis in this paper selects maximum method to Selectingsample, using the exponential distribution curve-fitting method for plotting storm intensityformula. Finally, this paper calculated the storm intensity formula of Yuncheng.
