Most of regions in China, a long period of winter snow, low temperature, snow andsleet weather, snow and icy roads caused quite common. In particular, the northern coldregions, a large area of snow-covered roads, not promptly removed, via the pedestrian andtransport vehicles, repeated thawing and rolling, forming high strength, high density, androad firmly bonded compacted snow and ice mixture. Frozen ice and snow seriously affect thesmooth flow of road safety. Therefore, research on ice snow clearing machinery, To solvethe problem of icebreaking snow in our country, reduce traffic accidents and enhancetransport efficiency, giving full play to the main artery of transportation and economicdevelopment has important practical value.In this paper, based on snow and ice mixture of physical and mechanical properties toresearch, classify of ice and snow, analysis different types of snow and ice mixture onroads, basis on discussing in the previous mechanical of snow removing technology andprinciple, determined the best a rigid ice mixture of vibro efficiency as the goal to designicebreaker scheme; vibration icebreaking mainly using compacted snow small deformation inthe role of vibration shovel blade can cause brittle fracture characteristics, and withthe collaboration of traction engine, so the snow and road separation, this approach has a highwork efficiency, in addition to the net rate is better, economical, practical and can effectivelyprevent road damage. Snow shovel and vibration device is designed as a discrete structure,flexible connection, in order to optimize the complex structure and reduce the production cost,to adapt the road clear ice needed in complex environments. Established the mathematicalanalysis model, calculation of Working resistance, tangential traction and snowcleaning power traction during the process of the operation of ice-snow clearing; designing anew shovel plate surface, through kinematic analysis, the ice-snow relative trajectory arederived on snow shovel; designing Kiyoshi shovel vibration, flexible obstacle avoidance mechanism and to analyze and checked the strength of the key components. Theresults showed that the shovel blade can cut smoothly compacted ice-snow, vibration snowshovel can break compacted snow enough, ice breaking breaking effect is good, capable ofcontinuous operation, and effectively avoid the damage of road. Analysis Tractioncharacteristics, lateral stability and power matching characteristics when clearing snow; snowshovel structure design and operating parameters meet the design requirements, and theselected chassis type matching is feasible, can guarantee the normal operation of snowcleaning machine.
