| Hydrodynamic drive has been widely used in loader,the adaptive ability of speed andload satisfies the requirement of the loader’s working condition.however the defects restrictit’s development,such as the scope of its high efficient area is small, cannot achieve precisespeed control,frequent malfunction problems and difficult to maintain. Hydraulic transmissioncan replace hydrodynamic drive by realizing it’s function. Characteristics of Hydraulictransmission such as stepless speed regulation,controllability, high efficiency as well as gooddynamic property attract the attention of many scholars domestic and overseas. But it belongto the undeveloped areas in domestic lacking of theoretical support.In this paper we choose hydraulic drive loader as the research object,Discussed thegeneral form of the hydraulic drive system, explained the matching and control methods ofeach element according to the operation characteristics of loader, i Mainly did the followingwork:1. Analysis of force of the loader,Define transfer rate curve,present the best calibrationmethod of transfer rate and the matching method of parameter based on the transfer rate.2. considering the characteristics of load and the requirement to hydraulic drive system, ichoose closed system by pump controled. Explain the matching and control method ofsystem parameters in angle with efficiency and function realization.Engine performanceis discussed in detail presenting the matching and control methods of hydraulic pump andEngine. Expound the matching of electronic control diesel engine and hydraulic pump3. calculating corresponding parameters in the hydraulic system according to technicalparameters’requirements of ZL06loader.4. establish transfer function of the pump displacement,pump and motor, motor andspeed.construct and simplify the mathematical model of the whole system.5. considering the nonlinear of hydraulic system,i choose Fuzzy PID to control it,simulation model is established According to the mathematical model of hydraulic system,afterwards,comparing the response of the input signal and the noise,Results show thatthe fuzzy PID is better than the conventional PID in response speed, stability andanti-interference ability. |
