The main effective methods of the middle and high-power machinery equipment soft start (soft braking) are the variable speed fluid coupling or variable-frequency transducer, and the speed adjustment according to the loading and economy running come true. The significance of the soft start (soft braking) and speed adjustment working condition is given unnecessary details in the metallurgy , coal , harbor dock long distance belt and style transports heavy load high-power equipment (including similar working condition). Energy conservation economy is taken seriously in business circles of power plant and building material industry.The long range of the project experience in the variable speed fluid coupling or variable-frequency transducer using indicates: there are some defects or deficiency in some degree. The variable speed fluid coupling has some defects in overload protection reliability, transmission efficiency, controlling accuracy and so on. The variable-frequency conversion has merits such as better starting performance, transmission efficiency, but the speed regulation system of the variable-frequency is high, but the capital formation of the variable-frequency system is four and five times of the variable speed fluid coupling system, and the control circuit is complex, the demand is high. The liquid viscidity drive-based controllable CST technology is adopted in USA and Japan, and this one problem in our country scientific and technological circles is resolved by pushing-out the Hydro-viscous drive technology. Application in recent years indicates that HVD has obvious technology and economic advantages comparing with the variable speed fluid coupling or the variable-frequency transducer, this is also the focal point of this technology field in the recent twenty years.HVD has merits such as drive efficiently, overload protection, control reaction quickly, low cost and maintenance convenience and so on comparing with the variable speed fluid coupling and the variable-frequency transducer. Application indicated that HVD as middle, high-power machinery equipment starting, speed regulation and braking bind with a device has made relevant equipment get the fine speed regulation function, made enterprise get the notable energy conservation economic effect. The application and promotion of HVD develop swift and violent, and has fine market potential. Since HVD is power-wasting and flitting installation is complicate, so the testing means of the performance experiment of Childbirth merchant do not improve and perfect, the consumption of field experiment is tremendous, and the practicability has bigger defect. Being aimed at this background, based on theory calculus and scheme demonstration, the design plan of experiment loading system simulating actual working condition of HVD is extracted. By theoretical analysis of experiment loading system key link, based on consideration of the factor weighing to the system, the mathematic model of experiment system is established, the mathematic model of experiment system is emulated and analyzed by computer software. Simulated result indicated that analog loading experiment system of HVD established in this paper is stable and proper, this has supplied technical plan for succeeding study.The design scheme of the data testing system is exacted finally. According to the experiment require, the model of the torque sensor, the temperature sensor and the pressure sensor are elected, and the operating principle and relevance parameter have been introduced. Because time and condition are limited, the data testing system built in this paper remains to be improved and perfected further, this is also the job that needs to study further in the future.The experiment system of HVD established in this paper for practice field has established a basis for follow-up study in the future. There are certain practical value and significance to childbirth , extension and application of HVD.
