Mortality rate of road traffic accidents thousand vehicles first in the world for manyyears, road traffic safety situation is very grim. According to statistics, traffic accidents andhuman-related reasons accounted for93%to94%. Driving in the course of handling avariety of information, stress response quite different driver for each type of stress responseare not the same. How to determine the driver’s ability to respond to stress is qualified, andthus the ability to respond to stress unqualified driver training in reducing road trafficaccidents is important.In this paper, for driving this project based on Bureau of Foreign Experts predict therisk of visual simulation technology research and analyze the physical and the mentalrepresentation of the different types of drivers, using PASW software analysis of HRV wassignificantly related to the frequency domain, determine the driver stress response evaluationindicators and their thresholds, through field research, survey methods and the use of fuzzyevaluation method to determine the driver’s stress response system of evaluation scenariosdesigned evaluation system operation interface.Example urban roads young drivers, the use of3Dmax, Multigen Creator, OpenGL andother related software to produce a three-dimensional virtual simulation scenarios designeddriver stress response measurement system testing process and the use of MP150peopledriving electric signal acquisition step, use PASW index data "sequence " feature analysiscollected, compared with a threshold to judge whether the driver’s stress response qualified.By way of experiment pairs driver evaluation system to evaluate the stress response,confirmed that the driver evaluation system is reliable and practical.
