| Facing the shortage of resources and environmental protection problems, development of electricvehicle becomes the mainstream trend of auto industry development. As the core of electric vehicle, motordrive system plays an important role on the performance of the electric vehicle. This paper discuss aneffective scheme of electric vehicle motor control based on infineon TRICORE motor controller. And basedon the controller electric vehicle permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control is realized.This paper is funded by xi ’an technology bureau project: small electric driver-training cars powersystem matching and optimization design (project number: cx1249④) and the central universityinnovation team project: small plug-in electric field driver-training cars key technology research (projectnumber:2013G3222004). Firstly, this paper introduces the characteristics and classification of the electricvehicle motor drive system. Through the analysis and comparison, select permanent magnet synchronousmotor as electric vehicle drive motor. Then permanent magnet synchronous motor and the correspondingcontrol theory are introduced in detail. Finally the paper introduces the mathematical model of permanentmagnet synchronous motor and the vector control theory.With infineon TRICORE permanent magnet synchronous motor controller, we design motor controlalgorithm. And we implement speed control of the electric vehicle permanent magnet synchronous motor.Firstly infineon TRICORE motor controller hardware function is introduced. After increasing the currentand position sensor, the vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor can be implementedsuccessfully. Then the permanent magnet synchronous motor control software development is introduced,including process development tools and software algorithm. And under the MATLAB/SIMULINKenvironment, FOC control model is built. Each module of the FOC control model is introduced respectively,In order to simulate and carry out on the control algorithm, two motor drag model is set up.Finally infineon motor controller and the control algorithm are verfied by the experiment. It provesthat the vector control technology used in the electric vehicle motor drive control has good feasibility andpracticability. And it also proves that the infineon TRICORE motor controller used in the speed control ofpermanent magnet synchronous motor has the high performance. |
