| Arch is an ancient bridge that in the history of our country has a glorious history.Tied Arch Bridge of Concrete Filled Steel Tubular Arch Bridge without thrust,statically determinate external and internal high order statically indeterminatestructure, the reasonable internal force state and ideal geometry is not only related todesign, depends on the rational and scientific construction methods,in order to ensurethe safety of bridge structure construction, the bridge design goal, improve the qualityof construction, the need for the whole construction process of monitoring and control.the arc bridge construction stage, the internal force of the optimization and adjustmentwill directly affect the steel tube concrete arc bridge into the bridge state and the useof performance,how to determine the different stages of construction boom tension isthe key to the problem.This paper takes zhejiang huzhou the engineering background of Daqiangangbridge construction monitoring, application of large general finite element softwareMidas/Civil finite element model is established for the bridge construction stageanalysis and calculation.The completed with arc bridge construction stage ofoptimization is adjusted for this article,combining with the completed constructionstage of optimization theory, Suits iteration method is used to calculate Daqiangangbridge construction stage four derrick tensioning of tension control,guide theconstruction, with the results measured and the measured value with the theoreticalvalue were analyzed.and the boom of the tensile stress and linear monitoring andcontrol,The measured results and the theoretical calculation results are compared.Results show that the construction stage four boom tension measured values andthe theoretical error are10%, the measured stress and the theoretical calculated valueerror in the range of specification requirements, the measured line is good.Dressiteration method is used to calculate the construction phase of tension control, canguide the construction, make into a completed bridge and into the completed bridgetarget of error within the scope of the specification requirements.In this paper in thesteel tube concrete arc bridge construction stage boom tension calculation method andsome discussions on the construction control of research, research results have certainreference value. |
