With more and more population gathers to the city and the expanding of the city,thegrowing population and the increasing travel distance bring enormous pressure to urbantraffic, In order to alleviate traffic pressure, more and more cities have or are building thesubway. The operating metro will inevitably occuraccident, such as the station fault, poweroutages, explosion, etc. The subway is a kind of mass rapid transit, and the running track ofthe train is single, in the event of accident, the station will be gathered a large number ofpassengers, and the entire subway system operation may be affected.If you can’t evacuatepassengers in time, it will Induce a stampede, If not timely sent passengers to thedestination, it will cause a huge loss.Therefore, design emergency shuttle bus and allocatethe available bus to design lines in reasonable method have a huge impact on the city’ssocial production.This paper put emergency shuttle bus of urban rail as the research object. First,Classify urban rail emergencies according to accident type and location, and discuss the railorganization when emergency occurs according to the accident location. Whether adoptsmall loop or single two-way, all in order to organize the operation of good period ofsubway as soon as possible.Then, respectively analyzed accident transmission mechanismin the ray and loop urban rail, make sure that the influence of the accident how to spread indifferent types of lines. Organize passengers’travel behavior survey in emergency of urbanrail,and respectively investigate the choice of way to travel in four scenarios of short ODshort accidents, short OD long accidents, long OD short accident, long OD long accident.Analysis the data, and found the regularity of travel choice, passengers in the scene of longOD short accident and long OD long accidents are more likely to choose emergency shuttlebus. Base on which make a preliminary study of the design of shuttle bus in emergency.Finally, the design of emergency shuttle bus can be divided into three steps: the first step:investigation of bridging environment, the second step: design of bridging routes, the thirdstep: assignment buses to routes. Respectively build a model to the design of shuttle bus andassignment buses to routes, Minimum the not satisfy demand and total travel time asobjective function to design bridging routs, minimum the time from shunt point to shuttle point and impact on the existing lines as objective function to assign buses to routes. Inorder to obtain the best bridging routes and optimal plan of assignment buses, respectivelyintroduce the optimization algorithm. End up with emergency shuttle bus lines designscheme in urban rail transit emergency,, and how to assign the bus of warehouse andterminal to the design bus lines.
