Full face rock tunnel boring machine (Full Face Rock Tunnel Boring Machine,referred TBM) is a specialized underground tunnel excavation works for large, complexconstruction equipment, it has a fast excavation, construction safety, high economicefficiency, excellent quality of the project is conducive to environmental protection andreduce labor intensity and so on. Boring machine embodies computer technology, newmaterials, automation, information technology, systems science, management science,comprehensive and intensive, reflecting the comprehensive national strength andtechnological level of a country.Hydraulic propulsion system is the key subsystems of TBM, is traveling throughoutthe TBM construction power source. However, TBM under extreme geologicalenvironment tunneling construction, hydraulic propulsion system may be subject to heavyloads from the operating environment, cutting non-uniform formation of variable load andstrong vibration load cutting hard rock, and if these load pressure directly transmitted tothe rigid hydraulic propulsion system, the propulsion system will not only destroy themechanical structure, and the impact of the hydraulic system generates enormous pressurewith flow, ranging from loss of life of hydraulic components and systems, while in theentire hydraulic system failures, resulting in some degree of security incidents. Thus, themutation load conditions in the hydraulic system to promote compliance research isparticularly important, compliance has become an important indicator to measure the loadcapacity of the TBM to deal with mutations.The paper studies the effects of TBM hydraulic propulsion system compliance factor,found a different propulsion system partition design hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic systemcontrol mode propulsion and propulsion parameters of the hydraulic system of hydrauliccomponents such as propulsion systems that affect compliance with TBM significantrelationships. Therefore, how to shield the combined effects of these factors propulsionsystem compliance, and taking into account the design of the shield to the propulsionsystem, technological innovation to China will be a great shield initiative.This paper begins with an overview of the development of domestic and foreignTBM and its propulsion system status of domestic research, a brief introduction of thisthesis content and significance; propelling mechanism to draw diagrams using SolidWorks, and according to the force and torque hydraulic cylinder the size of thepropulsion system partition design, control system to reduce complexity, improve theability to adapt to the system load. Research visit to Lan-Yu Railway West Qinling TunnelTBM calculate its selection of hydraulic components, stiffness, flexibility hydrauliccylinder is calculated and checked. Then the principle of advancing hydraulic systemanalysis and comparison, the use of complex control flow pressure better, then useAMESIM hydraulic simulation software simulation model loads and propulsion systems,hydraulic systems using conventional RBF neural network PID control and PID control,analysis pressure and flow curves obtained over the last review of the factors affecting thehydraulic system to promote compliance, proposed the concept of compliance andcompliance evaluation, compliance evaluation derive analytic formula, designed to guidethe development of a new generation of TBM provides design principles.
