China’s ongoing large-scale infrastructure construction and urbanization,facing theconstruction waste and construction materials short thes two major problems. On the onehand,a large number of construction waste generated each in the construction of the city, nowthe treatment is generally a landfill, this method is not only a huge waste of human resourcesand material, but also takes lots of land resources. On the other hand, sand and other buildingmaterial’s excessive exploitation will destroy the environment,not in conformity with theprinciples of sustainable development.Use the waste of construction waste concrete to prepare recycled concrete requiredcoarse(fine) aggregate can effectively solve these two problems. But the traditional recycledcoarse(fine) aggregate due to the presence of mortar, which has a bad effect on the propertiesof concrete, it is difficult to effectively use. Especially the recycled fine aggregate can usuallyonly be used asembankment, it’s hard to used into preparation of mortar and concrete.In order to improve the quality of recycled fine aggregate, so that it can be used inmortar and concrete, the South China University of Technology developed the buildingrubbish all broken for the recycled total-fine aggregate.The recycled total-fine aggregate contains large amounts of coarse aggregate crushinginto recycled fine aggregate, it’s performance is better than traditional recycled fine aggregate.In this paper, on the basis of previous research, study the preparation method of the recycledtotal-fine aggregate and the mortar and concrete application of.This research is divided into the following stages:(1) Use jaw crusher and disc plastic machine,product five series,a total of15kinds ofrecycled total-fine aggregates, determine one recycled total-fine aggregates of betterperformance and determine the method of preparation of recycled total-fine aggregate.(2) Comparing the various physical performance of recycled total-fine aggregate and theother four aggregates. Results show that the recycled total-fine aggregate effectivelyimproved the physical properties of recycled fine aggregate,it has a good particle size distribution,high packing density and void ratio is low,the performance is better thantraditional recycled fine aggregate.(3) Study the effect of the water absorption on the mortar working performance. Theresults show that the recycled total-fine aggregate bibulous rate is fast,has little influence onthe working performance.(4) Study the effect of the recycled total-fine aggregate on mortar. Results show that therecycled total-fine aggregate compared with traditional recycled fine aggregate on the mortarapplication performance has greatly improved.(5) Study on recycled concrete mixing system. The results show that the additionalwater can improve the work performance,but strength decreased.(6) Study the effect of the recycled total-fine aggregate on concrete. Results show thatthe recycled total-fine aggregate has a better performance in concrete than traditional recycledfine aggregate.
