| With the opening of16th Asian Games, Guangzhou has witnessed an upsurge of stadium construction. As the games passed by, the stadiums are facing the trend of diversity use and civilianization and troubles emerged in daily operation. Of all the problems confronted, the huge energy consumption of stadiums is the most prominent one. Therefore, this essay uses field measurement and computer simulation as technical means and researches specifically on the indoor light and thermal environment. It evaluates the efficiency the energy-saving technics that these three stadiums has used and proposes methods to improve. Hopefully it might offer a data base for the upcoming designers to refer to. The research content includes the following aspects:(1) Sum up the typical energy-saving techniques used in Asian Games stadiums. This part summarizes in aspects of site planning, building shape, natural ventilation and lighting, shading and heat insulation. And it emphasizes on the methods the velodrome, stadium of GDPU and SCUT has taken.(2) Field measurement on natural lighting of the three stadiums. This part sets the luminance, the uniformity and the glare condition as the judging indexes for them. It introduces the condition of window settings and investigates the feeling of the users inside. By measuring in summer and autumn, it assesses the effects of the three stadiums. Then it concludes the proper way of designing the window that fits the condition of Guangzhou climate.(3)Laid foundation on the former part, the fourth chapter studies the optimization design aiming at remedying the insufficiency of every stadium. With the help the computer simulation, this part explicates the optimizable factors. By setting different operating mode, it finds the relationship between the factors and the results. As a result, we can get the best numerical value for the best scheme.(4) Assess every stadium based on the inner thermal condition. This part sets the PMV index as the thermal comfort index and revises it in the status of moving in hot and humid area. By contrasting the different results of the three stadiums, we can reach a conclusion on the influence of what it might cause to the thermal environment by different technics. Then it sums up the regularity and elicits the suggestion on other stadium designing.(5) This part evaluates the ventilation condition and its influence on the thermal environment and contracts the effects between natural and mechanical ventilation. Finally, it concludes the proper strategies for ventilation in Guangzhou Area. |
