| At present,both domestic and international aircraft manufacturers accomplish the inspection ofaircraft parts with advanced digital measuring equipments, such as three coordinate measuringmachine, portable light pen measuring machine, portable coordinate measuring machine. But thedigital measuring equipments in the area of aircraft sheet metal parts’ inspection in china are appliedin primary status. On one hand, quality inspection system which is relying on the analog, alreadycannot satisfy the requirements of digital design and manufacture. A new digital measurement toestablish a new quality evaluation of inspection system is badly in need. On the other hand,to meetthe requirements of large size and wide range digital measurement, also a kind of efficient automaticmeasurement methods to plan inspection online and drive instruments to measure automatically is inneed. To solve the problem, a digital inspection of characteristics on aircraft sheet metal is taken asthe research object, and a method based on laser radar is developed on CATIA platform forpre-processing in the research. Using this method, inspection plans which meet inspectors’ habits andrequirements will be prepared rapidly. And the method plays a digital role in laser radar measurementsby classifying aircraft sheet metal features, extracting inspection information, and analyzingrequirements by simulating laser radar field measurement.The main contributions in this thesis are as follows:1) A method of measurement based on laser radar is proposed for classification of aircraft sheetmetal features and research on extraction method of the inspection feature. Representation ofinspection feature is discussed, and digital inspection feature information model is established.2) A method of measurement based on laser radar is proposed for measuring position planning.The problems of measuring range and interference during the process of laser radar measurement arepointed out, and at the same time, the reasonable solutions are given. Position pre-planning rulesbased on laser radar measurement are set up.3) A process pre-planning principle based on laser radar measurement is built, which canuniform standards for measurement mode and measurement parameters, and optimize themeasurement result.4) A rapid design module for digital inspection pre-planning based on laser radar is developed inview of above-mentioned research and technologies by the secondary development tools of CAA andVisual Studio2005on CATIA platform, so that the rapid pre-planning for characteristics of aircraftsheet metal inspection will come into an implementation. |
