The simulation technology plays a particularly important role in the design and of UAH flightcontrol system, and it is also the main way to test in the ground. Based on a type of single rotor heli-copter, this thesis outlines its mathematical model and basic control loop and the control law. Thispaper focuses on the analysis and research of HIL simulation of UAH flight control system. Andbased on the type of UAH, the thesis does the HIL simulation experiment and analyzes the result andthe simulation confidence.Firstly, the paper introduces a single rotor UAH and its components and overall dynamics analy-sis after the establishment of the mathematical modeling. Then this paper outlines its basic controlloops and control laws.Secondly, after introducing the purpose and role of simulation technology in the development offlight control system, this thesis focuses on the research of HIL simulation and according to the dif-ferent physical devices in the loop this paper classifies HIL simulation into five kinds, which are flightcontrol computer in the loop, sensors in the loop, actuator in the loop, the whole system in the loopand man in the loop. This part also involves the study of the structure and characteristics of each kindand the physical devices.Aiming at solving the dependence to the parameters sensitive, this paper proposes a methodbased on the Iterative correlation tuning control and simulates this method. The result shows the pro-posed method can achieve a good performance.Finally, the thesis carries out HIL simulation experiment of UAH flight control system whichinvolves the design of simulation software and the realization of hardware. Besides, this paper alsoanalyses the result and validates the simulation system.
