As the aviation engine in the work process,inhaled sand would cause the bladeserosion,which will lead to decreased engine performance,will cause a serious accident whensevere wear. China is currently the research engine blade strength,the main consideration isthe creep and low cycle fatigue damage caused by injury,without full considerationcorrosion,wear and foreign object damage caused by wear and tear,when consideredforeign objects wounded impact on aspects of engine blade damage,will increase the life ofthe engine blades and intensity forecast accuracy.Composite materials are already used in the manufacture of key components of theengine,such as fan/compressor blades and casing,it is an important direction for futuredevelopment,but as it,s a comprehensive composite blades for damage to domestic research.Considering several injury prone of the composite and the erosion effects of wear and tear onthe strength of the composite blade,erosion reliability study has important implications forimproving composite blade work.The main work includes the following four aspects:(1)carry out tests of composite laminates erosion in different environments,and get thevariations of the mass loss and maximum damage to the area of the laminates.(2)combination of laminated composite plates erosion test,the energy analysis of theerosion process,the existing mechanism of erosion theory and numerical simulation of sheetmetal analysis,get the erosion damage mechanisms applicable to composite laminates.(3)Based on SPH method to simulate particle erosion,the effects of the numericalsimulation of the main parameters of the SPH simulation results and analysis of the causes ofimpacts.(4)use the rational arguments SPH to analysis the composite laminates erosiondamage numerical simulation,energy absorption,the phenomenon of variation laminatedamage depth and other parameters,the result of erosion damage could consistent with theexperimental results better.
