| With the gradual opening up of the low-altitude airpace, China’s general aviation industry willusher in rapid development. The long-term study showed that general aviation accidents has beenaccounted for a large proportion of the aviation accident each year. Therefore,it need to pay moreattention to the safety of the general aircraft. Aircraft crashworthiness refers that when the aircraftaccident occured, the aircraft’s structure and internal system would still protect the occupant. If theaircraft crashworthiness is taken into account in the process of aircraft design, the chances of survivalof the crew will improve. In this paper, the author will choose the light aircraft AD200as the researchobject to carry out the research on the crashworthiness of the light aircraft and the responses onoccupants under crash scenarios.The honeycomb sandwich panels have been widely used in aircraft. In this paper, the threeequivalent methods of honeycomb sandwich panels were derived. And by using the equivalent platetheory, the finite element model of fuselage structure of AD200is established.Then, after the simulation condition of crash is determined according to the provisions ofcrashworthiness standard, the finite element analysis software PAMCRASH will be use to evaluatethe crashworthiness of AD200.Finally, position the seat-occupant restraint systems into the finite element model of AD200, andthen use PAMCRASH to analyse the crashworthiness of AD200. The gesure and response ofdummies will obtain after dynamic simulation. According to the simulation results, thecrashworthiness of the fuselage structure can be estimated. In addition, the results of the simulationcould provide a guide to the design of light aircraft. |
