In the process of commodity circulation,it is very important to select packaging materials with certain carrying capacity and good cushioning performance.Honeycomb paperboard is popular in the market because of its light weight,low price,high strength and recyclability.At the same time,it is an ideal packaging material for export commodities.With non-woven fabrics as fabrics and polyurethane as adhesives,the new fiber-honeycomb sandwich structure composite board is superior to the traditional honeycomb paperboard in terms of flat compressive strength,flexural strength,puncture strength,waterproof and moisture-proof performance.With the widespread circulation of commodities and the improvement of freight transportation speed,the requirements for product protection performance are also increasing.In order to further improve the anti-seismic cushioning performance of this new type of plate,on the basis of fiber-paper honeycomb sandwich structure composite plate,through changing the production die and optimizing part of the production process,a breakthrough was made in the shape and structure of the plate,and a fiber-paper honeycomb sandwich structure composite plate with bubbly structure was developed.In order to better reflect the vibration and impact of goods in the actual transportation process,and to test whether the new plate has better cushioning characteristics,this paper focuses on the performance of the new plate in impact vibration test and drop test.The performance data of honeycomb sandwich panels with different heights,different binder proportions and different grams of surface materials were tested through the study of dynamic compression properties.After comprehensive analysis and comparison,it was found that the main factors affecting the dynamic properties of honeycomb sandwich panels were the height of honeycomb core and the high drop of honeycomb core.Degree,maximum static stress.Under the same drop height,the dynamic buffering performance of honeycomb paperboard,fibre-honeycomb sandwich panel or bubbly paper honey comb sandwich panel will be enhanced with the increase of honeycomb paperboard core height in a certain range,but with the increase of drop height,the dynamic buffering performance of honeycomb paperboard,fibre-honeycomb sandwich panel and bubbly paper hon With the increase of kinetic energy,their dynamic buffering performance will be weakened.Through the study of vibration isolation performance,the vibration environment of composite board with foam paper honeycomb sandwich structure was simulated under different core heights,and its performance degradation under impact vibration environment was verified.The analysis and processing of test data provided more information for the popularization and use of the new type of board.Multi performance data.Finally,by simulating the actual situation and using drop test to simulate the free fall of the new type of sheet packaging products during handling,the comprehensive cushioning performance of the foam structure fiber-paper honeycomb sandwich structure composite board was investigated,which could provide more meaningful reference for its future application and development.
