With the development of modern computer technology and computational fluiddynamics, the integration degree of the plane shape design in aircraft design phase ishigher and higher. First of all, when the plane’s multiple components getting together,and inevitably producing aerodynamic interference, so we need to establish the overallplane parameterized shape for analyzing and optimization; Secondly, set up the planeshape that reflected the manufacture process information, to carry out the design idea tofollow-up process better and to organize production easily; Finally, in the process ofaircraft design must involve a lot of all kinds of knowledge, so we need to establish thecorresponding knowledge base and knowledge template, to push the knowledge in theprocess of design and guidance to support design.Therefore, this article research work mainly includes the following aspects:1) Systematically studied the character parameterization design method that based onthe characteristics of the modelling method and parameterized design and more suitablefor the characteristics of the computer integrated manufacturing, and discusses theapplication of this method in the plane design research. At the same time, in view of theaircraft shape characteristic and the requirement to the surface, combining the featuresof characteristic parameterized,explore the method that adapted to the geometricmodeling.2) according to process of the parametric design of aircraft shape characteristics,classifiy a large number of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge Systematically thatbeing involved and research to adopt different ways and tools for the knowledgeexpression and description.3) By analyzing characteristics of plane appearance of deconstruction,using themathematical model of the plane shape with quadratic curve, spline curve, and based onshape function/classification function transform geometric modeling methods and theexplicit physical meaning of parameters,establish a set of hierarchical clear overallplane shape characteristics parametric design model on CATIA platform thatimplements the high quality of plane surface shape needs of the parameter driving fastgeneration scheme design stage.4) By using the CATIA object-oriented knowledge engineering high-level programming language to package of all kinds of design knowledge in the model,provide design knowledge guidance at any time and support the design by man-machinedialogue collaboration; At the same time, develop and design table and configurationtable, to integrated aircraft design templates, to carry out multi-level and seriationdesign, to provide accurate model for overall appearance multi-level aerodynamicoptimization design of aircraft.Through setting up the overall plane appearance features of parameterized model, wecan quickly generate passenger aircraft high quality3d shape of CAD model, andprovidea a basic model for multilevel optimization for aircraft design, as well asproviding a scientific method for the plane appearance of integration design.
