Comprehensive Urban Park Landscape Planning And Design Study

As an important component of urban green space, Comprehensive urban parksopen to the whole society, in which the citizens can stroll around, enjoy the scenery,and do other recreational activities. It’s the “name card” of a city, and a unity ofurban material and spiritual civilization. The development of the comprehensiveurban parks can be a measurement of the level of urban construction and civilization.In this paper, landscape planning and design of comprehensive urban parks wereanalyzed, and the research of the city’s comprehensive urban park and the importanceof urban construction were summarized. And Ningdu County Tashan Park in NingduCounty was served as an example. With scientific system of research methods, thispaper made a probing analysis of the factors affecting the city’s comprehensive parklandscape planing and design. It also summarized the relevant designing theories andcame up with some principles that should be followed in the planning ofcomprehensive urban park.Tashan Park is a city-level comprehensive park, which was aimed at protectingthe forest ecology. It successfully integrates the base landscape and vegetationlandscape and thus provides the citizens with rich content and perfect facilities,including leisure, recreation, sports and entertainment. According to the relevantprinciples of landscape design, through investigation and analysis, the landscapeplanning and design of Ningdu County Tashan Park was completed scientifically andreasonably. The design scope is divided into seven areas in design solution, includingthe entrance square area, the “article township poem countries” culture area, religiousculture area, children’s activity area, Hakka culture area and Wetland Showcase.Tashan Park has become the important carrier of Ningdu spirit. This paper focuses onbuilding Hakka culture area and poetry culture area, meeting different hierarchyneeds of people at the same time, and finally achieving local people’s regional andcultural identity. Combined with base local water conditions，through the wetlandlandscape design of the rhyme lake, colorful wetland landscape and scientific knowledge about wetlands were exhibited to show the colorful wetland landscape,popularize the scientific knowledge about wetlands and to promote the concept ofharmony between man and nature. As the largest open space in downtown, Tashanpark played an important role in city’s looks, environmental protection and people’scultural life.
