When the quality of people’s lives is continuously improving, thermal comfortrequirements of the living environment in the room is also increasing,air conditionershave become necessitiesin every family, especially in South region. With the globalwarming intensifying,In recent years,outer door temperature averaged several degreesabove normal. However, the air conditioning outdoor unitsof some buildings arearranged intensively, leading to an increaseof temperature insome local environment.Bad heat transfer conditionmakes thatcooling capacity ofair-cooled condensercannotmeet the design requires of air-conditioning (General the design temperature of airconditioning outdoor shall be35°C in summer). In this paper, we discusses,with theapplication of evaporative condenser in air conditioner outdoor units,what would be theheat dispersion of air conditioning outdoor unit, exhaust temperature, EER of airconditioner. Experimental study and theory analysis are carried out with air coolingconditioner models without changing the original structure and the air volume.First, the paper analyzed the calculating methods and the cooling mechanism ofair-cooled condenserand sprayed evaporative condenser in theory.Next, the paper designs the experimental system that transform condenser tosprayed evaporative condenser and humidifying and cooling the condenser airflow atconstant enthalpy condition. After comparison, we analysis the experiment data and findthat direct injection spray useful for the vaporization of water spray. Sprays is good forimproving the heat dissipation of air conditioners outdoor unit, reducing the condensingtemperature, reducing the energy consumption of compressor, reducing the electricpower consumption of air conditioner, improving EER of air-conditioning system.Compared comprehensively, the direct injection spray is more plausible in this occasion.Again,this pape ranalyzes the impact of three different factors base on directinjection spray: outdoor dry-bulb temperature, wet-bulb temperature and spray volume.under various operating modes of air conditioning refrigeration system,Then analyzesthe economy and energy-saving of the direct injection spray refrigeration system.Finally, this paper analysises the number of hours of every temperature rangeoutside base on the data of typical weather year in ChongQing, then works out the waterconsumption of a3horsepower split air conditioner. Then analyzes the energy-savingand economy ability basing on using running water, recycled condensation water, purified rainwater as source water.The direct injection spray is relatively suitable for split air conditioner outdoor unit.Such measures benefit for reducing the energy consumption of compressor, reducing theelectric power consumption of air conditioner, higher improving EER ofair-conditioningsystem. Even if this system uses running water as water source, can achieve betterenergy-saving and economic effects. Among them the more economic effects is userecycled condensation water.The system of using purified rainwater to cool the airconditioning outdoor unit condenser can get even more energy-saving and economiceffects in this paper.
