The environment problem is more and more serious because of the energy crisisand large use of fossil energy, clean energy has attracted the attention of every countryin the world. Solar energy, nuclear energy, hydro energy and wind energy has the bestapplication prospect. What’s more, solar thermal power generation was developedwidely and it is an important method of utilizing solar energy, it has become a studyfocus among the scholars all around the world. Many scholars only studied the singleequipment or sub system in the solar thermal power plant’s thermodynamic system, Inorder to ensure the solar thermal power plants run stably and safely, it is very necessaryto study the dynamic simulation of the solar thermal power plant’s thermodynamicsystem. This thesis take the entire thermodynamic system of the solar thermal powerstation as study object, the main simulate the dynamic response of this thermodynamicsystem when the solar radiation changed in different operation mode. The main work ofthis paper is shown below:①According to the principle of modularization simulation, took the equipment asthe unit, the thermodynamic system is divided into the receiver, oil tank, tube&shellheat exchanger(the shell side fluid is the heat conducting oil, tube side fluid is the watervapor), steam accumulator and turbine, condenser, deaerator and value, pump module,and so on.②Established the mathematic model and simulation model of the oil tank, tube&shell heat exchanger, steam accumulator module according to the lumped parametermethod, and rewritten the pump, valve and pipe module with heat conducting oil as theworking medium, and tested all of the new modules, added those modules into theMMS module library.③Established the whole simulation model of thermodynamic system of the solarthermal power plant by using the MMS, and compare with the simulation model and theactual system design value.④Based on this model, completed different forms of the irradiance disturbance(step, slope), different amplitude (5%,10%), different input state control system, andthe storage system put into operation etc. multiple sets of simulation experiments.By comparing the simulation results with the actual system values and multipledynamic simulation test, proved that the established model conform to the thermal power system operating mechanism, and had a certain precision of simulation. For thefurther study to the thermal system control strategy, provided a better objectmodel. When the storage system is not put into operation and the irradiation variation issmall, the turbine power can gradually restore to the rated value by the control systemregulation; when the irradiation greatly changed, the storage system has been put intooperation, can effectively reduce the effect of the irradiation on the turbine power. Theresults of this study laid a foundation for the further study on the control strategy andoperation mode.
