| Electromechanical integrated electromagnetic worm drive system integratestraditional worm drive, the electromagnetic drive and electrical control technology. It is akind of new concept of generalized composite transmission. It has advantages such assmaller start torque, large output torque, high transmission efficiency and transmissionratio range, compact structure, easy processing, no contact, no friction, no lubrication, etc.In the machinery, aviation, military and other fields, it has a broad application prospect. The key manufacturing technology of the electromechanical integratedelectromagnetic worm drive system mainly focused on manufacturing electromagneticworm and permanent magnet worm gear. This paper mainly studies the processingtechnology of the electromagnetic worm. The main results are given as follows:By analysis and research of the electromagnetic worm drive system, the structure ofelectromagnetic worm drive system is determined and the design for the dimensionalparameters of the electromagnetic worm is completed. With CAD/CAM software, three-dimensional model and processing simulation of the electromagnetic worm are done. The electromagnetic automatic programming of NC machining of the worm and itspost processing are completed. The calculation methods of the NC post processing aregiven. The automatic programming on NC machining center is finished. The processing manufacturing methods of the electromagnetic worm are selected. The turning processing technology and milling processing technology of theelectromagnetic worm are determined. It includes the choice of NC machine tool, thedetermination of NC tool, feed line, positioning and clamping of the workpiece, theselection of cutting parameter and the selection of cutting fluid. The processingmanufacturing flow of the electromagnetic worm is determined. The assembly and adjusting of the electromagnetic worm drive system prototype iscompleted. The tests of the transmission ratio, output torque and the transmissionefficiency are done. It proves the advantages of the electromagnetic worm drive system. |
