Hydraulic pressure control loop is the basic control loop in hydraulic transmissiontechnology. Pressure is an important prarmeter in hydraulic transmission, thus, it is evenmore important to design pressure control loop reasonably. The thesis designs a new typepressure control loop with more speedy pump motors, based upon double stators ofhydraulic components. The advantage of this new type pressure control loop lies not onlyin its’outputting a varviety of pressures, but also because it can realize energy efficiency.As a new way of hydraulic pressure, more speedy pump motors designed in this thesis areof great practical significance.In this thesis, current researches about pressure control loop are briefly generalized,meanwhile, double stators of hydraulic components are introduced and a new type ofpressure control loop with double stators of hydraulic components.The thesis designsmore speedy pump motors regulating loops, more speedy pump motors second levelregulating loops, more speedy pump motors pressure boosting loops. Through comparingwith traditional pressure control loops, the principle of new type pressure control loop isspecifically elabortated and being vertical analyzed. From the analysis, more speedy pumpmotors regulating loops, it is possible for more speedy pump motors regulating loops tooutput different pressures for different subcircuit, which can realize different pressures indifferent subcircuit without using a reducing valve.Since reducing valve is a highdissipative cell, the design of the new type of pressure control loop can replace reducingvalve and achieve energy saving.In order to further verify the feasibility and reasonablility of the design of morespeedy pump motors, the dissertation carries out a simulated analysis on new designedpressure control loop with simulated analysis softwares. With the results of simulatedanalysis, it explicitly demonstrates advantages of new type loops. What’s more, theexperiment table of more speedy pump motors pressure control loops is set up, bychanging different pressures, the volume efficiency and mechanical efficiency of thedouble stator motor have been tested. The results of the test manifests that double statormotor can work well, which proves the feasibility of more speedy pump motors pressure control loops.
