This article describes the thermal battery technology development status andtrends at domestic and abroad.Starting from the basic working principle of thermalbattery,through the analysis of the primary battery pack parameters,gets the choice ofthe electrochemical system and calculation methods.Through basic data research and aseries of experimental verification,has solved the key technical problems.1) In view of the Technical characteristics for thermal battery,using a high energyLiB/LiBr LiCl LiF/CoS2molten salt electrochemical system,clearly shows theexcellent performance in the high efficiency output and against the current pulse.2) Using the EDS-IDEAS software to establish the main battery finite elementmodel,through modeling,meshing,solving and other means,dynamic simulationbattery combination mechanical environmental conditions.In the given conditions ofmechanical analysis and calculation,result shows that the main battery can satisfy therequirements of harsh mechanical conditions.3) Establishes reliability model,various functional components of the batterypack,analysis of the functional role of the various components with the overall physicalrelationship, lists the logic diagram. Through a functional test of the variouscomponents and functions of a prediction calculates the main battery reliability....
