| With the fast development of social economy and increased automation level,cable system become increasingly complex. A cable has several cable cores, so thatworker calibrate cable inconveniently in the extreme, with complex cable circuitlength large. Due to all kinds of factors, such as environment, temperature, humanfactor and so on, cable are subject to faults inevitably, so cable calibration is veryimportant. Intelligent cable calibration instrument is a kind of professional instrumentused for electric power system secondary loop circuit calibrating. Due to all kinds ofelectromagnetic interf erence noise, in practical engineering applications, resulting inthe original signal distortion, there are major safety accidents inevitably. Althoughthere is some anti-interference measures such as light coupling to isolation onintelligent cable calibration instrument hardware, all kinds of noise still penetratingthe system. In order to eliminate noise interference and reduce safety accidents, thispaper introduces wavelet denoising algorithm.While Fourier Transform remove the noise, there is edge signal blurred distortion,which resulted in distortion. Wavelet Transform could be constructed the completemathematical model have the characteristics of multiresolution, correlations betweendifferent features is decreased or eliminated by select the appropriate filter. Thispaper summarize the background and significance of the project, and introduceworking principle of intelligent cable calibration instrument system, lucubrateprinciple of wavelet denoising algorithm, and discuss relative merits of differentalgorithm. The simulation is made for improved wavelet denoising algorithm,compared with the traditional wavelet denoising algorithm. It is suggested in thestimulation results that the denoising effect is very effective.Design of the intelligent cable calibration instrument hardware and softwaresystem is completed. The hardware circuit system is dominated by TMS320F2812chip, which is mainly divided into the following three parts: the first one is design ofthe serial communication circuit and LCD display circuit between host machine andslave machine for system; The second part is design of the download function circuit between host machine and PC computer; The last one is performed print integrationfunction. Software design is mainly composed of three parts. First, the Ccommunication program between host machine and slave machine is completed. It caninitialize intelligent cable calibration instrument system, show the calibrating cablenumber and process communication data and so on. Second, in order to complete datainput and data storage, this paper establish software package of data downloading andlabel printing, written by VB language, with its data downloading and calibratingcable number printing ability. Finally, realization of integrated print between slavemachine and printer is completed.According to design of intelligent cable calibration instrument system, this paperestablish a text prototype, and related experimental waveforms and debuggingwaveforms is obtained. The waveforms result show that the intelligent cablecalibration instrument system meet the reality requirements well, with a high practicalvalue. |
