The structure strength analysis and calculation of dish solar thermal powergeneration system is a prerequisite for the safety and reliability of the whole system.Take25kW dish solar power generation systems for example, numerical analysismethod being used in the specular wind load coefficient, finite element software beingapplied to static load and modal analysis of the whole structure, and stress analysisbeing employed on the key structure components, the von mises stress anddeformation condition of the structure was obtained in different load conditions.In order to analysis the wind load coefficient of the mirror of25kW dish solarpower, which was adopted the analysis method of Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD). Based on three-dimensional model of Pro/E software, the model of25kW dishsolar rotation paraboloid was established. The wind load coefficient of dish solarpower mirror was calculated and the pressure of mirror and the velocity of the flowfield was simulated by applying the software Fluent. Then the force and momentcoefficients of the dish solar mirror under the different azimuth angles and elevationangles were obtained,wind load is calculated on the mirror. In the meanwhile, afurther study on the pressure distribution and velocity distribution of mirror surfacewas carried out. The simulation showed that the wind load coefficient was got byusing the computational fluid dynamics (CFD), which provided important parameterdata for the mirror wind load calculation of dish solar power.To establish the finite element model for support structure of dish solar thermalpower generation system based on ANSYS software, modal analysis and static loadanalysis of the structure were conducted in both the windward and leeward sideconditions, and different maximum deformation as well as the von Mises stress of thestructure were obtained in different load conditions. It was through the static loademulation, modal analysis and optimization design on the dish solar power column,that the column’s deformation and stress condition of the structure were found in0~12wind grades. These simulation analysis can not only get a comprehensiveunderstanding of the stress condition of the whole structure and key components, butalso provide a good reference for the analysis of intensity and deformation.This paper generates an appropriate cross-sectional dimension of column bybending and torsion strength calculation and strength check and column wall thickness and in the outer diameter analyses and calculation of dish solar thermalpower system synthesis column structure. Using ANSYS software, all parameters ofthe column are obtained by establishing the finite element model, analysis the columnstatic load and modal and optimization design. Through the analysis and calculation,in order to further analysis of structure strength and stiffness of the post provides animportant reference value.Through the stress and numerical analysis of the dish solar thermal power systemsupport strucuture, it is preliminarily found that in different load conditions there aremultiple parameters of the structure,which is of great significance and throws lightupon the further analysis of the stress condition and stability of the structure.
