Study On Planning And Design Of Liuwan Village-under The Background Of Liuwan Site Conservation In Qinghai

Great Site Conservation in rural areas is a typical type of our country’s currentGreat Site Conservation. In recent years, as our country’s New Rural Construction andIntegration of Urban and Rural, Great Site at this location has been impacted by therapid expansion of cities and New Rural Construction, and constantly subjected toerosion and destruction. Meanwhile, due to the region’s Great Site Conservation, largeareas of rural development and site conservation are also facing challenges. However,the construction of rural development in Great Site and the general rural areas in ourcountry faced different problems.Liu Wan Village is located in the region of Liu Wan Site, Qinghai Province. Thepaper is mainly talking about “Liu Wan Village under the background of Liu Wan SiteConservation in Qinghai”. Through studying on Liu Wan Village of development, thepaper is to provide a universal reference value for rural areas’ planning and design in ourcountry’s region of Great Site.By drawing human settlements and the living environment science organic renewaltheory, based on the results of《Liu Wan Site Conservation Plan》of research group’sstudy the paper presented main measures of Liu Wan Site conservation, which includeddelimiting protection zoning, purifying environment and strengthening the show of sitearea. Meanwhile, combined Liu Wan Village status and problems of analysis, whichincluded the socio-economic development situation, land use present situation, thevillagers living situation, the present situation in the construction of public servicefacilities, the present situation in the construction of infrastructure and the environmentpresent situation, the paper proposed Liu Wan Village’s future industrial structure adjustment, the villagers live mode adjustment and strengthening of public servicefacilities countermeasures.Finally, based on the above analysis, the paper carried planning and design studiesof Liu Wan Village: firstly, based on industrial restructuring measures of Liu WanVillage the paper proposed Liu Wan Village spatial layout of the overall program,reasonably layout Liu Wan village about each functional partition, including agriculturaltourism park and New Rural Communities, pottery cultural park, cemetery display area,settlement site and museum display area, ecological protection areas, and made Liu WanVillage land use planning, residential land-use planning, public service facilitiesplanning, traffic and infrastructure facilities planning and greening. Secondly, for partialrelocation of Liu Wan Village the paper proposed planning and design of Liu WanVillage resettlement area and design of residential.
