With the rapid development of nuclear energy,people has paid attention to reduce the consumption of nuclear power.However,steam and deaeartor of conventional island of nuclear power station have some characteristics.First, they produce a lot of heat in the indoor,second, the demand of temperature and humidity of indoor are lower than comfort air conditioning,third,the power equipment running for24hours,in the end,air conditioni-ng need continuous opearation annual365days.At present,water sparying chamber direct evaporative exist the shortcomings that are large occupation areas.Filler direct evaporative have the disadvantages that are the time of air contact with the water is not sufficient and efficiency of heat and humidity exchange.In order to slove the problem,an efficient,energy saving and enviormental protection filler and high pressure micro fog two stage direct evaporative is put forward.Firstly, the structure,working principle and process of heat and mass transfer of units analysis from theoretical point. On the base of utility model patent of filler with high pressure micro fog combined direct evaporative units,As well as the project that is cooperated with xi’an Polytechnic University and Nan tong kun lun air conditioning Co., Ltd.The design of structure and selection of equipment which are filler section and high pressure micro mist section that the volume of air is1500000m3/hThen,according to experimental prototype have been made.The volume of air which is150000m3/h is tested in August2010.This test uses7different test schemes.Such as three-dimensional water filler section or high pressure micro fog section is separately opened,or both filler section and high pressure micro fog are opened.Comparative analysis the test.Result show that when the out door dry bulb temperature is31.4℃,the wet bulb temperature is28℃, filler and high pressure micro fog are opened,dry bulb temperature can be cooled down3to4℃,dry bulb temperature is cooled down second that almost reached the theoretical temperature of direct evaporative,which is the wet bulb temperature of air. when the out door relative humidity is75.4%, relative humidity can reached97.2%,through two stage direct evaporative cooling.High pressure micro fog is opened,which can reached the temperature of dry bulb temperature1to2℃.When three dimensional water filler section is opened that can reached the temperature of dry bulb temperature2to3℃.The efficiency of direct evaporative is84%.At the same time comparison analysis that water distribution of filler influence on the efficiency. Test data display the cooling effect of filler using three-dimensional water is more0.4℃is than filler using spray water in the front of filler,and the relative humidity raised10%.Take meteorological parameters in certain areas as an example,compare energy consumption of evaporative to mechanical refrigeration,by analysis and comparison, use the typical hourly weather in hai nan area and air parameters of each state point in enthalpy wet on the graph are divided.Statistical that operating hours annual of evaporative or mechanical refrigeration.Finally,three the type of filler direct evaporative units that will be used in the project which are conventional island of nuclear power station was tested in August2011.Among structurally of prototype is similarjust one use double fans, three number evaporative use300mm thick stainless steel metal filler,two number and one number respectively using195mm and50mm thick fiber filler.From different performance parameters contrastive analysis different filter form,filler form,water screen form have influence on the efficiency,resistance and wind speed of units.The cooling effect of units was analysis by ways of contrast, in the disregard resistance case,the cooling effect of three number evaporative is best,cooling efficiency reached93.6%,compare three to two number and one number respectively increase8.9%and24%.At the same time how to choose filler,filter,water screen will be provide the reference in the process designing of units.
