Beside of the complicated climate condition, The Hot-summer and Cold-winter Region belongs to non-heating regions in our country. Therefore, the situation of summer cooling and winter heating in this region is tough.Having a number of big cities such as Shanhai,Nanjing, the people in this economically-developed region are demanding high-quality life which certainly includes high residential quality.Meanwhile,equipments such as air condition and electrical heater,which have very low energy efficiency,are highly used. This has caused insufficient electric problem for many times. Passive solar technology, like Trombe Wall,can use solar energy to collect thermal and help ventilation, which has positive effect to the comfort level inside the door. Therefore, the aplicability research of Trombe Wall and residential building in this Hot-summer and Cold-winter Region is quite necessary.Atteched and unatteched residential buildings have many same or samilar aspects. With the method of coordinating building components’dimention and the position, the solar thermal can be use in possibly high rate:From the plan aspect, Apropriate design based on working characteristic can make Trombe Wall more efficient.In the elevation ajustment aspect, flexible intergration with other solar energy technology has possitive benefit to the whole elevation design. Both atteched and unatteched reidential building have their unique characteristic:Althouth atteched type with more inner room has less Trombe Wall applying space, low heating dissipation can ensure satisfying relative demand.Meanwhile,compared with atteched type, untteched residential building has more air-touching area with high heating dissipation, but considering that both east and west walls can be used to install Trombe Wall, the negative element can be turned into heat saving equipment. The unique constitution of Trombe Wall heat storage makes the energy saving effect of the west and east walls even better. From this aspect,the aplicability of the Trombe Wall and residential building is naturly excellent.Being different from the residential building, climate is an uncontrollable factor.Therefore the aplicability of the Trombe Wall and hot-summer and cold-winter is optimized by the way of adjusting the dimention of certain parts of Trombe Wall. In the divided three regions, the summer over-hot promble is a common phenomenon, which can be fixed by setupping proper ventilation and roller blinds. The north-east region is very cold in winter. Storage wall with high heat-saving material is needed to solve the satuation. Meanwhile, the humidity here is high, the balance of the energy saving and ventilation is of great importance. The summer of the westen basin region has both high temperature and humidity. Beside of the shading aspect, the max ventilation should be achieved too. The demand of energy saving in the southern is much lower. Warm winter area can only use the ventilation function of Trombe Wall and cancle the heat storage part, which is turned into the double skin system. Adding insulating layer to the inner side of Trombe Wall is another option under the necessity of user. After installing inner insulating layer, the wall can be considered having an infinite wideness. The solar radiation will all be used in ventilation system.
