In this paper, the weak acid type cationic SPE packing was prepared through suspension polymerization method using methacrylic acid and styrene as raw materials, polyvinyl alcohol as dispersant, benzoyl peroxide as the initiator, divinyl benzene as crosslinking agent, methylbenzene as porogen.The filler particles were spherical.The particles size of packing was in the range of 35~60 μm.The structure and morphology of weak acid type polymer microspheres were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The specific surface area and pore size distribution of filler were tested by nitrogen adsorption.Through the above characterization learning, microspheres of filler packed tightly to make that the flow rate was easy to control. Microspheres of filler distributed evenly and the surface area of microspheres was large to make the adsorption capacity and extraction efficiency for the target compound better and higher. Since the filler had the above advantages, so it could be widely used for solid-phase extraction.In this paper,The exchange capacity of packing was determined.The exchange ca pacity of packing was 0.2422 mmol/g.The maximum adsorption capacity of solid pha se extraction packing for cyanazine, terbuthylazine, metolachlor, pendimethalin were 99.241mg/g、92.542mg/g、97.375mg/g、103.246mg/g. The solid phase extraction column was made by the packing, and it was used to extract residual cyanazine、terbuthylazin e、pretilachlor、pendimethalin in solution.After elution,their concentration was detect ed by HPLC.The SPE extraction rates of cyanazine、terbuthylazine、pretilachlor、pen dimethalin were 86.30 %、75.79 %、83.73 %、88.60 % respectively in solution.The peak height and concentration of four constituents had a good linear relationship in th-e range of 20μg/mL~100μg/mL.Correlation coefficients(R2)were 0.9923、0.9759、0.99、0.9572 respectively.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the test result for cy anazine、terbuthylazine、pretilachlor、pendimethalin were 3.39 %、3.34 %、3.12 %、2.29% respectively.The method detection limit of four components were 0.00072μg/mL、0.00103 μg/mL、0.00301μg/mL、0.00359 μg/mL.The technology of solid phase extraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography not only improved the detectio n sensitivity of chromatography, but also was widely used in the detection of pesticide residues, making pesticide testing work further development.
