With the rapid development of modern society and technology, the construction of the domestic large-scale projects are also accelerating.Pipelayer is a medium-sized special lifting equipment to pipeline construction,which is used more and more widely,whose role is more and more important and the performance requirements are also getting higher and higher.Therefore, pipelayer design has drawn increasing attention of corporate.In recent years, he market activity also provide pipelayer design a higher level of development requirements. pipelayer optimization design has become the main way to enhance the competitiveness for each enterprises.Pipelayer is an important kind of construction equipment in oil and gas pipeline construction,which is mainly used for Large diameter pipe piping、counterparts and ditch.With the continuous development of China’s economic development, the demand for pipelayers are also gradually increasing, whose performance requirements are also higher.In many important projects, pipelayer has become a major machinery and equipment,which is used in various fields of engineering construction and product range and performance has improved steadily.At present, China’slarge and medium pipelayers widespread structural dimensions unreasonable, waste material, poor security, stability and other issues.Therefore, structural analysis and optimization for the pipelayers becomes extremely important, which also raised more stringent requirements to the designer,that reach the best match of economy and technology without prejudice to the operation precision, stability,reliability.We use a company’s pipelayer prototype as research object.SOLIDWORKS is used to establish three-dimensional model,which is into ANSYS.We get the result for using finite element analysis software to boom at static strength and static stiffness on the most dangerous conditions.Then we can get the reasonable cross-section size for optimization design to boom on optimization design module of ANSYS.We can obtain mathematical relationships between the various parameters and performance through data analysis.Make use of MATLAB curve fitting equation, calculate the contribution rate of the affect from main cross-sectional parameters to structure properties.Optimization results is proved and it is effectively reducing the over-reliance on empirical data and design staff.On the basis of optimized boom,we put the optimization program of counterweight..We change winch mounting position to achieve it.Thenanlysis it.We also performed numerical analysis of the boom and nonlinear dynamic equation of hanging objects system is derived..The system is numerical analysis with MATLAB.Boom internal structural changes,sling length,the external excitation frequency,lifting speed dynamic response have some impacts on Dynamic response,hanging objects shimmy,inside and outside surface of the hanging objects swing angle of hanging objects system.
