| On the critical period that coal enterprises try to improve the market competitiveness by seeking lower costs of production and reducing the overheads because of the slumping coal market. For the goal that mining workers making more rational mining plan, the thesis tried to optimize the dumping planning and estimate transportation costs more accurate. By gathering and analyzing information, the thesis tried putting the influence of slope ramps into the estimating way of haul distance. The thesis created model for estimating haul distance by applying the theory of mining, computer technology and economic method, especially the means of theory analysis and demonstration research.On the basis of open-pit mining principles, the thesis analyzed existent theory of outer dumping, and optimized the operation process of outer dumping. By analyzing the space-time sequence of mining field and outer dump, the thesis determined the main work and model of outer dumping by using software 3DMine. Comparing the difference of internal and outer dumping, the thesis determined the selecting process of outer dumping and made the definition of waste dumping clear at same bench. the thesis analyzed and improved the assumed condition of traditional calculation formula. the thesis built the judgment model of internal dump of same levels, analyzed the route and lifting way of internal dumping, and created the model of internal and comprehensive dumping.The thesis judged out that the influential distance of slope ramps was 10% of working bench by analyzing the position and length of slope ramps, and rebuilt the model for the start and end of transport. The thesis put the influence of slope ramps into the estimating way of haul distance, and established the model of haul distance estimated on the condition of single-bench lifting and single-loop internal dumping. What’s more, the thesis built models for various kinds of dumping based on model of single-bench lifting and single-loop internal dumping. The thesis estimated transportation costs of an assumptive open-pit coal mine which was fit for internal dump of same levels. On the condition of single range mining, the waste fit for internal dump of same levels was 4.75 millions m3 which occupied 42.66% of all waste. These data revealed the correctness of analysis of internal dump of same levels. The transportation costs estimated by traditional model was 12.20 mililions yuan lower than new model, and the modified traditional model was 6.03 millions yuan. These data revealed that the accuracy of new model was 12.20 millions yuan higher than traditional model. The bigger error of traditional model would be if the open-pit coal mine was not fit for the internal dump of same levels. In conclusion, the practical value and popularization significance of haul distance estimated model based on slope ramps were revealed from the opposite side. |
