| This paper is the study of Liujia coal mine safety management system based on, to the mine in recent years coal mine accident data statistical analysis, combined with the characteristics of the mine the amendments to the problem of Lliujia current coal mine safety management system is proposed. Based on PDCA cycle theory as the research content of this paper is the core theory of knowledge, on the basis of Liujia coal mine in the past ten years the injury accident statistics analysis using the theoretical framework of making a deeper analysis and study about the Liujia coal mine safety management and other aspects, find out the existing problems and put forward countermeasures and suggestions. The main work of the research is as follows:Firstly,In depth Liujia coal mine site visits, the use of questionnaires, interviews and other professional personnel to conduct a thorough understanding of the existing safety management system in the coal mine. In this paper on the mine for ten years of industrial injury accident data for statistical analysis so as to summarize the cause of the accident, based and concrete for the mine the existing safety management system in all aspects of analysis and research, find out the deficiencies of Liujia coal mine in safety management.Secondly,PDCA circulation management an important scientific procedures, through the cycle, can will small problems a a solution, four steps have a variety of methods to choose from. In this paper, the theoretical knowledge is introduced in detail, and the advantage of the theoretical knowledge is understood. Based on the analysis of the data of the six coal mine safety accidents, the problems of the safety management system of the coal mine are improved and perfected by using the PDCA cycle.Finally,On the basis of previous research with six coal characteristics, proposed a set of Liujia coal mine safety for the analysis of the PPDSA circulation pattern, and the circulation mode application in six coal mine safety management system to verify, find out the defects existed in the system for improving the practical application of the system by means of the feedback characteristics of the system. |
