At present, China’s coal chemical industry raw materials subject to greater volatility in market supply and demand, the required depth and comprehensive reform of China’s coal chemical industry in the past has executive-led situation led to changes in market demand. With the continued reform of China’s coal chemical industry, various enterprises in more intense competition in the market in order to expand market share, enhance their competitiveness, the most important prerequisite is to ensure enterprise security in the production process, which is the basis of survival. Therefore, this paper discusses how to build coal chemical project safety management model.After the careful study, the summary of the existing coal chemical project safety production management mode analysis method, technical requirements and policy recommendations, mainly to do the following research:First, Theory and present situation, to the domestic and foreign research mode of production safety management of coal chemical project for the comparative study very carefully.Second,On these theories, combined with the practice of safe production in coal chemical projects in China, the introduction of "management by objectives theory" to supervision and examination of coal chemical projects safety system in the actual application situation in our country.Third, this article will safety logic effect theory and principles of accident prevention, accident tree analysis method is applied to risk management for safety production of coal chemical industry enterprise, expounds the accident sources of risk, improving the scientific nature, timeliness and effectiveness of the accident prevention.Fourth, because the safety of China’s coal chemical project has its own characteristics, this paper, the theory of China’s coal chemical PDCA project safety management model put forward some suggestions for reference. V. Fifth, based on the Ordos region coal chemical enterprises to carry out investigation and research, case analysis approach, this paper introduces a is mainly used in coal chemical projects at the grass-roots level of production safety theory model.
