| This paper mainly describes the main technology of tobacco wastewater, and the advantages and disadvantages of these techniques are analyzed and summarized. This topic focus on analysis of a cigarette factory wastewater source and characteristics of water quality through practice and experiments, according to the advantages and disadvantages of the present A/O Technology of the cigarette factory wastewater and the effect of operation,combined with cigarette factory wastewater treatment technology status quo, through analyzing and summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of these processing techniques,in order to find out a more in line with the actual situation of cigarette factory wastewater treatment process. Compared with the conventional activated sludge process and reinforced SBR method to deal with wastewater treatment of wastewater treatment costs, through the comparative study, put forward to strengthen the SBR method to deal with tobacco wastewater treatment process.Through the experiment, characteristics of tobacco wastewater are analyzed, results show that tobacco wastewater COD fluctuation is large, the scope for 400-1200mg/L, SS0.5-2g/L ammonia for 20-50mg/L, pH 6-8, oil range 80-150mg/L. The removal efficiency of COD treatment is about 80%, the removal rate of SS is 40%, the oil removal rate is 30%, and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is 18%. Use the improved strengthening filler SBR process to treat tobacco wastewater, COD removal rate is significantly improved, reaching more than 90%, SS removal rate is 50%, oil removal rate is 45%, but ammonia nitrogen removal rate is not very obvious than the original process improvement, only 20%. Through the comprehensive analysis, using the improved reinforcing filler SBR technology to deal with tobacco wastewater, the process is simple, the operation is convenient, the treatment effect is good, and it has certain practical application value. |
