With the increase of mining depth and mining mechanization degree rise, leading to thermal coal face increasingly serious harm degree. A serious threat to the health and safety of workers in the mine heat damage. The overall cooling technology has been unable to meet the workers working in the local high temperature place comfort requirements, in order to solve the problem of high temperature and high humidity in mine workers health work,which requires the individual cooling equipment to ensure that the workers’ health and comfort, so it need individual cooling. In this paper, through the study of vortex drop. The working principle, parameter evaluation, and cooling process, in order to solve the problem of underground heat injury and provide a new way.We build the experimental platform, through adjusting the air intake, different pressure,cold flow rate, inlet temperature of the cooling effect of vortex tube. On the basis of building environmental science theory research of human thermal comfort, according to the human body heat balance equation and thermal comfort equation is derived for the thermal comfort equation of underground workers, in Xi’an in the summer as an example, the research of environmental parameters on the thermal comfort of human body, and the effect of different intensity of labor of human thermal comfort. Combined with the particularity of underground thermal environment, thermal comfort for the miners, thermal sensation questionnaire method. Describes the heat hazard in mine source and cooling measures, because of easy access to the compressed air in the mine, the mine using eddy current type temperature reducing clothes supply convenient, at the end of the back of the human body heat to do three-dimensional simulation, to find the analytical solution, the results and the human body thermal comfort equation are in good agreement,for the main factors through the comprehensive analysis of the eddy current temperature,cooling is feasible in the application.
