| Scraper conveyor reducer is one of the most important transmissions of coal mining working surface. The complex operating environment of coal mining requests the reliable operational performance. Therefore, it needs the loading test bed to simulate the actual service condition to make sure whether each performance meets the standards. The“Worm Gear Control and Double Planetary Transmission†loading device(i.e. WDP loading installment) designed in this paper, is used on mechanical sealing scraper conveyor loading equipment. It is suitable for the general coal mine machine manufacture enterprises to carry on the performance test before leaving the factory. The prime tasks which have been completed is as follows:Designing a mechanical enclosed type, back to back to tows test platform overall scheme on the foundation of presently comparative analysis of the structure and principle of reducer test bed at home and aboard. It has analyzed the working principle of the test bed, and has selected the type of test device, drag reducer, torque and speed sensors; It has designed the WDP loading installment. according to the parameters of test platform and the reduction gear. It has analyzed the working principle of load installment and has established the three-dimensional model. It has carried on the power flow analysis of test bed by the use of input and output principle and the theoretical mechanics. It established the translate the aerodynamic twist mathematical model and listed the various components movement differential equation to lay the foundation for the analysis of dynamic characteristics. It has softened the planet carrier and established the hard and soft coupling virtual prototype and carried on the motion simulation. It has simulated the two size of different angular speed at the same differential angle conditions. It verified the enclosed power flow principle by simulation. It further determined the quantitative mathematical relationship between the differential angle by setting different angle differential though multiple simulation analysis.After the simulation confirmation, the WDP loading device can effectively avoid the impact loading on the grid,and is energy-saving. It can be used by the general manufacturing enterprise in the production scene. |
