With the large mining Mechanized Mining technology of fully working face two lane size demand is higher and higher.Traditional advanced support method of single hydraulic on working face can’t fit the requirement of advanced supporting for working face of safety and efficient. Two lane advanced supporting has become one of bottlenecks of restricting the large mining height working face safety and high efficiency, especially transportation lane advanced supporting had many large equipment. It’s so hard to realize mechanization advanced supporting. Consequently, to research advanced support technology for transportation lane mechanization on the large mining height working face has important theoretical significance and application value.This paper takes the Hong Liulin Coal Mining large mining Mechanized Mining transportation lane advanced support as the research object. Using the computer numerical simulation, the theoretical analysis method and field test, and combined with the pressure of surrounding rock of large mining height and fully mechanized working face haulage-way deformation characteristics. Analyzed that the impact of the change of pressure and deformation of surrounding rock on advanced support and the characteristics of the working face mining-induced stress distribution, and the deformation failure characteristic under the working face of mining. According to the theory analysis and application FLAC3 D to simulate the large mining height and fully mechanized working face in the transportation lane using advanced support. Simulate surrounding rock failure and roadway deformation displacement after using fore support in the transportation lane and stress variable characteristics. We proposed that advanced self-shift hydraulic supporting adopted the main structure form of stepped from self-advanced, and analyzed the main technical parameters. We showed the decided method of working resistance self-advanced support. This technology had been safe, quick in traction speed, good in experiment effect on preliminary testing ground.
