Given the existing condition of coal seam in our country, high mining height fully mechanized technology is the trend of the current coal mining. Many mining areas in our country have been using this technology for mining thick coal seam more than3.5m and achieved superb effect. In this paper,No.1272(3)high mining height fully mechanized face super long working face in Dingji coal mine of Huai Shanghai coal power CO. LTD was selected as study site. The situations of support load, roadway deformation in advance, three machines assortment of working face and so on were got and researched by field observation, mine pressure measurement, statistical analysis, numerical simulation and a series of methods, and the results are as follows.Support cycle load dates were collected and researched, and the weighting regularity and characteristics of high mining height fully mechanized face super long working face was then analyzed, so did the support adaptability evaluating. The weighting order of working face is middle part-upper part-lower part, that is to say from the middle in turn to both sides, and the weighting intensities of the middle and upper parts are more obvious than the lower part.Roadway deformation was measured and then the effect of hard intensity mining of high mining height fully mechanized face working face to both roadways was found. None mining effect area, mining effect area and severe mining effect area were analyzed to provide the reference for enhanced support of working face roadway in stopping period.Equipment selection principle and relevant theoretical basis of high mining height fully mechanized face super long working face were introduced, and No.1272(3) high mining height fully mechanized face super long working face was taken as an example, thus the experience of equipment selection was enriched.Based on the FLAC numerical simulation software, the stope advance support pressure distribution of No.1272(3) working face was obtained by the three-dimensional numerical simulation, so does the advance stress field distribution.Some advices for later mining of working face based on the research results of No.1272(3) high mining height fully mechanized face super long working face was provided in this paper, and good experience for mine pressure regularity and both roadways control of high mining height fully mechanized face super long working face was also supplied, both have a certain engineering practice significance.
