With the development of technology in underground mines, trackless rubber-tyred vehicle widely used in mine and greatly changed the traditional mode of transport,it not only improve the progress of work, but also saves a lot of manpower and reduce labor intensity. But trackless rubber-tyred vehicle exhaust emissions seriously threatened staff health in mine. The thesis aim at the experimental analysis on exhaust emission characteristics of the distribution for diesel in mine, and research exhaust distribution of the inhalable particulate matter and harmful gases in different ventilation speed and different vehicle operation speed for mine. The results can predict the distribution of diesel exhaust in mine, protect the workers’ health and provide the safe operation environment have a certain significance. We designed and built a 1:10 tunnel system of simulation experiments referring to the actual size of Hongshiyan mine roadway in Shaanxi and similarity theory. Through the different ventilation speed and different vehicle operation speed within the simulated tunnel to study concentration distribution of the inhalable particulate matter and CO, CO2 and CH4 gas distribution under different experimental conditions to reveal the ventilation rate and vehicle speed for inhalable particulate matter and CO, CO2 and CH4 gas concentration spatial distribution in mine tunnel.Experimental results show that: For the exhaust gas concentration, CO2 is the largest concentration, the concentration of CH4 in the exhaust gas is a minimum concentration.Ventilation rate for the concentration of diesel exhaust distribution have a great impact.Increasing the ventilation rate, inhalable particulate matter and CO, CO2 and CH4 concentrations decreases at the same measuring point of the roadway, but not a linear relationship, according to energy conservation and control of pollutant concentrationrequirements in mine, wind speed should be controlled within an appropriate range. In the same section of mine, the gas concentration in the roadway more obvious stratification, due to wind speed and high temperatures result in the upper roadway large gas concentration, the low concentration in down space, toward the roadway in the same height, in the role of wind speed and vehicle speed, due to the different gas density, resulting in the distribution of the various gas concentrations are quite different. In the same section of roadway, when the vehicle is idling, due to diffusion, inhalable particulate matter, CO and CO2 concentration is greatest in the front of the car, in normal driving speed, with the vehicle speed increases, in the same measurement points, the concentration of inhalable particulate matter and CO2 increased, CO and CH4 concentration gradually decreases, and the vehicle speed for 0.5m/s concentration of CH4 is minimum. Speed of 0.5m/s is the moderate speed when trackless rubber-tyred vehicle traveling in actual mine, that is to say, when trackless rubber-tyred vehicle driving speed of 0.5m/s CH4 concentration of diesel exhaust is minimal.
