With the rapid development of China's coal mining technology, coal mine underground transport vehicles are also more and more.However, due to the underground environment is dark, the cause of the narrow roadway, it leads to the transport efficiency of the locomotive is low and it also results in vehicle congestion and frequent reverse. Sometimes it even leads to accidents.Therefore, mine vehicle transportation operation is necessary to use locomotive dispatching system to improve transport efficiency and reduce accidents.This paper analyzes the problem of existing underground mine trackless rubber tyred vehicle scheduling and draws lessons from the idea of intelligent transportation system(ITS).This paper studies on video image processing and license plate recognition technology. This paper uses the wireless video recognition of underground trackless rubber tyred vehicle license plate information, designe the trackless rubber tyred vehicle video assisted identification system. This system adopts three layers of structure, including video data acquisition layer: data transmission layer and user layer three layer. To achieve the goal of covering the original monitoring blind and visual monitoring of trackless rubber tyred vehicle.To solve the problem of the coal mine trackless vehicles scheduling efficiency and problems prone to accidents.After the image simulation and software debugging,it proves that the video assistant recognition is reasonable in the application of downhole operation.It improves the scheduling efficiency of underground trackless tyred vehicle.The research on under trackless rubber tyred vehicle video assisted provides a feasible method for rubber tyred vehicle video monitoring, license plate recognition and the computer aided scheduling.The test shows that can realize the identification of rubber tyred vehicle license plate, provide the basis for dispatching personnel scheduling.It has important theoretical significance and engineering value for coal mine safety transportation and dispatching management.
