Based on the investigation of domestic and foreign NC simulation system, the control technology of simulation system of NC machining for manufacturing industry was researched. Respectively beginning from the NC program compiling,processing information extracted and motion control of machine tools,two functions with NC code checking and the machine model-driven has been completed.On the basis of summing up the common errors of lexical,syntax and semantic from manual programming and automatic programming,the matching rule table was made with Greta regular expression,then designed algorithm to complete the lexical analysis;The grammar and semantic error checking algorithm was designed with MFC powerful class library function,in order to realize the logic and data error checking; By using the method of traversal through NC program,extracted important processing information from it,and stored the information with the defined the data structure at the same time.So as to realize the process of NC code compiler.In the analysis of the principle of real machine control, the overall scheme was designed for control technology of machine tool motion simulation system.Used transformation functions of OpenGL graphics to build local coordinate system in the simulation environment;Used VIEW3 DS to import the machine model to the simulation environment,and made their constraint relation with nesting of pushing and popping stack function. According to the principle of graphics transformation,updated the parameter of the transformation,to achieve the machine tool motion simulation with the timer of MFC and OpenGL double buffer technology.In order to make densification of data points in processing information,algorithms were designed according to the principle of time division method,which provided data stream for motion control.Thus,the code driven approach consistent with the real CNC has been realized.According to the research content in this paper, taking VC as the platform, using OpenGL as the graphics device interface,with three axis vertical machining center J1VMC500 as an example, the NC simulation system was developed for it,in addition,NC program was compiled and the machine tool motion trajectory was driven.
