| Station Control System is an important part of the natural gas gathering and transportation system. At present, there exist some problems such as confusion in management of production data, difficulty in information exchange with other systems and low efficiency of production management in process of natural gas in the gas gathering station. To this end, aiming at harsh environment and complex field devices of the gas gathering station, around the practical needs of the station control system, this thesis makes a deep study of the station control system of natural gas gathering stations and its core technologies. And a professional station control system special for natural gas gathering station is developed based on Siemens S7-300 PLC.The situation and the tendency of similar software system available in and outside was studied. Aiming at the gas gathering station control system functional requirements and technological characteristics, a three-tier architecture scheme for PLC-based station control system for natural gas gathering stations was proposed, including scene equipment layer, process control layer and application layer. On the basis of the overall system architecture, the station control system hardware structure was planned, and the PLC control system software and PC monitoring software was designed.The Siping-Baishan natural gas pipeline project, the starting lines for four Ha-Shen line bisection pipeline pigging station, the terminal at the end of Baishan, design input capacity 13.6 * 108m3/a, design pressure 6.3MPa. Line length of 350 km, diameter along the D508mm/D323.9mm. Setting gas transmission station 4, line cut-off valve chamber 14 seat, cathodic Protection Station 3(3# monitoring valve chamber, Meihekou branch pipeline pigging station, Tonghua branch pipeline pigging station).The automatic control system uses the SCADA system to its monitoring, scheduling and management. SCADA system by the control center, station control system, control valve chamber RTU, valve chamber remote data collection monitoring remote monitoring terminal equipment, oil and gas branch company, Langfang branch pipeline maintenance data server, Shenyang control center monitoring terminal and the communication system. The automatic control technology of gas transmission system monitoring all the electrical and auxiliary equipment or facilities to ensure the safety of the pipeline, stable and efficient operation. The control level of the engineering SCADA system will reach the control center of the station monitoring, scheduling and management tasks. |
