| It exposes many problems when using ordinary beam oil pumping, such as high power, stroke speed adjustment difficulties, not adapted to mine heavy oil and so on. So it is very necessary to research a new oil pumping that can adapt to the heavy oil, easy to adjust the stroke speed and efficient in energy.Combining with the development status and trends at home and abroad, this paper proposes two pulley increasing stroke hydraulic oil pumping schemes that had large stroke, low frequency of stroke and infinitely adjustable stroke speed. According to the equilibrium criterion that motor does equal power on upper and lower stroke, we calculated the two schemes and then used Matlab programming to calculate the theoretical value of the design parameters. Based on the calculations of the Matlab we compared with the two schemes combined with the actual production. Finally we chose the scheme of pulley increasing stroke hydraulic oil pumping with compound balance.According to the preferred scheme, we made structural design for pulley increasing stroke hydraulic oil pumping. Especially, a detailed structural design was carried out for composite cylinders, balanced system, suspension system, rack and other major components. In order to ensure the safe operation of the oil pumping, we specially designed counterweight boxes anti-dropping brakes(passive brake) devices and active brakes devices. Using ANSYS software, we checked for key components, and we also made modal analysis for racks. Ultimately we got the dynamic response characteristics of the rack. We designed hydraulic systems and control systems for pulley increasing stroke hydraulic oil pumping and then made simulation analysis for designed hydraulic system with multidisciplinary simulation software AMESim. Using joint machine hydraulic dynamics simulation analysis in AMESim and Motion software, we got the dynamic characteristics of pulley increasing stroke hydraulic oil pumping.As you can see from the theoretical design and the results of simulation analysis, the designed oil pumping have many advantages, such as low energy consumption, long stroke length, infinitely adjustable stroke speed, up and down stroke speed individually adjustable, approximately uniform motion of suspension point, smoothly transformation direction and so on. The designed oil pumping can adapt to oil recovery requirements of thick oil wells and deep well pumping in theory. |
